1.4.0 Create the ROS package for the R2-D2 robot description file

~$ cd ~OpenR2_ws/src
~$ catkin_create_pkg openr2_robot_description
~$ cd ~OpenR2
~$ catkin_make

1.4.1 Create the urdf folder

~$ roscd openr2_robot_description
~$ mkdir urdf
~$ cd urdf

Download the openr2.urdf.xacro file into the urdf directory.

1.4.2 Create the launch file folder

~$ roscd openr2_robot_description
~$ mkdir launch
~$ cd launch

Download the openr2.rviz.launch file into the launch directory.
